Refund policy

Kimberlyskystyle.com Understands that ordering online is not always an easy task.  We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible.  We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.  Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, or cancellations, just store credit only.  

Kimberly Sky will accept for store credit, items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages by the customer. For returns, mail out your item within 10 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned after 10 days from the receipt of original order. Returns received after this date will not be refunded and returned to you at your expense.  Items must be returned in their original packaging such as dust bags. Sky tank tops are FINAL SALE.  We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to Kimberly Sky Style.  

If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt, email: diane@kimberlyskystyle.com  within 6 hours of receiving the package with photo proof.  Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.  All items are returned to Kimberly Sky Style at the expense of the customer.  Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.  A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Kimberly Sky Style.  Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.  Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded on receipt.  Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
